NLP x Human AI Interaction
The rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) have opened new frontiers in understanding and enhancing human-AI interaction. Despite the significant progress, there remains a global disparity in research focus and application, particularly in the realm of Human-Centered AI. This gap is most pronounced in Asia, where the integration of cultural, linguistic, and social dynamics with AI is still in its nascent stages.
My research aims to delve into the intersection of NLP and Human-AI Interaction, with a specific focus on developing frameworks and methodologies that are human-centered and culturally attuned. The primary objective is to understand how NLP can be leveraged to create AI systems that are more intuitive, responsive, and sensitive to the diverse linguistic and cultural landscapes of different societies.
Working with Prof Lee Kwan Min for a LLM x HCI Project. Currently under the IRB Applications Stage.
